SEMINAR DETAILS Freedom of Information with John Miller (Ministry of Defence) Wednesday 7 December 2005 (6-8pm) Keeping up to date with legislation affecting the provision of information is becoming increasingly more important for librarians and information professionals. This seminar looks at the UK's Freedom of Information Act 2000, which came into force in January 2005, and outlines the mechanics of responding to requests.
