Hello, I'm applying for copyright permissions for journal articles and book chapters for a government project. A couple of publishers have replied asking me what my organisation is prepared to pay, so I just wondered if anyone knew of an organisation or guide that I could consult. Presumably most publishers would set rates as this cannot be a rare request?
