Many of us will have faced budget cuts, a reduction in staff numbers or been
told to put major projects on hold in our organisations. How do you deal
with these situations? Is there
anything you could have done to prevent this happening? How do you implement
your plans when the organisation or your boss seems to be saying no?
On behalf of SLA Europe, Lesley Robinson will be facilitating a 90-minute
practical workshop, with attendees invited to participate in team exercises.
The session will be aimed at all practitioners and suppliers of business
information, and will give an insight into how to create a business case.
Attendees will be encouraged to submit beforehand their particular
challenge!

Lesley is an experienced information professional, with a background in the
corporate sector. She has been running her own information consultancy
practice for the last 6 years. Lesley is also a qualified coach, and
delivers a variety of training courses for information professionals.
