UCD Library wishes to appoint an experienced IT Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be an accomplished IT manager with significant experience in working in academic libraries or similar environments. She/he will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the delivery of IT services, with a minimum of 3 years management responsibility for major projects or operations(repeats from above) Experience of staff motivation and management as well as the application of information technology to library systems and procedures is essential.
