I manage a Short Loan Offprint Collection at University of Sheffield. I am thinking of trying to update how these are stored. Currently they are in folders in filing cabinets and sorted by module/course code and then in alphabetical order of author. Could you let me know if you have an alternative way of storing offprints and whether they are closed or open access? I would like to consider a number of options.
