Recognising that they are behind Europe and the US, the India UGC has established this centre to facilitate university libraries to use IT and to learn from the mistakes that countries already in the field may have made. Rajesh Chandrakar is spending 3 and a half months in the UK on a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship to see how we operate here.
