Dear List Member I am reviewing the methods we use to guide students to specific subject areas on the shelves. Currently we simply list the classification numbers of the first and last book on each side of shelving. These numbers are displayed on each end of the book stacks. I'm interested to find out the different styles other libraries use to inform students of the subject areas on each side/set of shelves. If you are willing to send me an example of what you put up on your shelves I would be most grateful.
