Visit to the libraries of the University of Wales Swansea
Thursday 8th December
A chance to see the results of a re-design of the entrance and Issue Desk
areas in the Library & Information Centre, and also hear about new
developments in library services at Swansea. This will be followed by a
visit to the South Wales Miners' Library, which provides services to the
students of the Department of Adult Continuing Education, and a home to the
audiovisual materials and banners held in the South Wales Coalfield
Collection.

to sample lunch at one of the nearby campus cafes)

2.45 Return to LIC for 3pm departure.
