Tracey, My own priorities would be: 1. Advanced systems admin. 2. Circ exchange of experience. As this could attract a large number of delegates, a regional approach, as suggested by Catherine, might be appropriate. (From a Keele perspective we are within reasonable travelling distance of a fair number of Innovative sites.) 3. Load profiles - given the expense, this would depend on us having a better-defined policy on data loading.
