Hi Everyone, On average about 5 "out of office autoreply" messages are received by list members every month, plus everytime a member of this list sends an email to the list, they get beseiged with a pile of "out of office auto replies", which can become a disincentive to sending any further messages to the list!! Those who are prone to the first "problem" might like to take a look at the article at: http://www.redhawk.info/newsletter.php - it should convince you not to let the "whole world" know that you're away in Texas for a week! Can I please ask members of this list that if you will be setting autoreplies for your account, please unsubscribe yourself from this list before you leave and subscribe again on your return.
