Hi, I see that Wiley is taking over this journal (and other Whurr Publisher journals) from 2006, so hopefully your problem with username and password access for accessing this title will be shortlived. You can find further information at: http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/spreadsheet_documents/2006_new_journals_f or_customer.xls Cheers Lesley ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lesley Crawshaw, Faculty Information Consultant, Learning and Information Services, University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, AL10 9AB UK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ e-mail: [log in to unmask] phone: 01707 284662 fax: 01707 284666 list owner: [log in to unmask] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -----Original Message----- From: An informal open list set up by the UK Serials Group [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of S Nieminen Sent: 18 August 2005 09:11 To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Online access to Physiotherapy Research International Hello list, A correction to my query regarding a journal's online access I made yesterday. Title is not Radiology but Physiotherapy Research International. All help appreciated. One of the many e-journal titles we take provides a new username and password every year for authorised access. This username and password information is given to subscribers in the print copy of the journal. The journal in question is Physiotherapy Research International (ISSN 1358-2267)and is published quarterly. We have received our March issue which is also the first issue of the subscription year. Contrary to the claims of the publisher, the March issue of PRI does not include the username and password for online access to the same title. We have been in touch with out subscription agent and the publisher about this. The publisher is adamant that the username and password are printed on the inside of the print copy. We even sent them a photocopy of the page where the publisher claims the details should be available to no avail. Needless to say, we are not getting this problem solved quickly. Has anybody else come across this situation with PRI and how did you solve the problem if it did get solved?
