Following my message to the list yesterday evening I would like to report that Sheffield Hallam access to 2005 issues on ScienceDirect has now been fully enabled. I understand from Elsevier that the problem did indeed only affect a small number of institutions and suggest that you now contact them directly if you are still experiencing difficulties.
