Hi Kostas,

Since the regional information now depends on the GOCDB, the regional page
name has changed according to what is found in the GOCDB.  

So the new page for SE is: 
http://goc.grid.sinica.edu.tw/gstat/SouthEasternEurope.html

This may be true for other regions as well, please see the main GIIS monitor
page and "region" link if your old region page has not been updated.
