rules :

[root@lxb2057 scripts]# more /opt/lcg/yaim/examples/users.conf.README
The format of users.conf has changed between 2.3.1 and 2.4.0

It is now

UID:LOGIN:GID:GROUP:VO:SGM_FLAG

2 Did you install CE or CE_torque with install_node ?
