Indeed, I looked at a MON box that has not been configured as
GridICE server... :-(
In any case site-info.def should supply a BDII_MON_URL, BDII_RB_URL etc.
even if some of them will not be used on many sites.

With the default configuration of 2.6.0 there *is* a GRIS on MON boxes
on port 2135. Its purpose is to publish the Gridice service... It is
configured by YAIM:
