Hi,

I would like to ask why in the file:

/opt/lcg/yaim/functions/config_gip

The following lines have been commented in lcg sw release 2.6:

touch ${INSTALL_ROOT}/edg/var/info/$VO/$VO.list
        # work out the sgm user for this VO
        #sgmuser=`awk -F: '$6=="sgm" && $5==tolower(virtorg){print $2}' 
virtorg=$VO ${USERS_CONF}`
        #sgmgroup=`id -g $sgmuser`
        #chown -R ${sgmuser}:${sgmgroup} ${INSTALL_ROOT}/edg/var/info/$VO

In particular, this causes the atlas sw installation by atlassgm at 
ifaece01.pic.es to fail:

lcg-ManageVOTag: VO-atlas-release-10.0.4 submitted for addition by atlas to
GlueApplicationSoftwareRunTimeEnvironment
Sorry, but you do not have access to the atlas.list file.
The contains of this file stay therefore as before
