Hi,
I used n to express a number.

I explain you that you have to use 1 SE_HOST per file and don't use the section where uou put the list of SE :
CE_CLOSE_SE="SE1"
# SE2"

Then on ALL you site-info.def files (1 per SE) :

Put the list of your SE in this section :
BDII_REGIONS="CE SE1 SE2 SE3 SEn RB PX"      # list of the services provided by the site
BDII_CE_URL="ldap://$CE_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"
BDII_SE_URL="ldap://$SE_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"
BDII_SE1_URL="ldap://$SE1_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"
BDII_SE2_URL="ldap://$SE2_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"
BDII_SE3_URL="ldap://$SE3_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"
BDII_SEn_URL="ldap://$SEn_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"
BDII_RB_URL="ldap://$RB_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"
BDII_PX_URL="ldap://$PX_HOST:2135/mds-vo-name=local,o=grid"

Hi All.
Thanks a lot to All, who has answerred my questions.
Regrettably these recommendations do not work in 2.4.0 YAIM.
If it is used combination of SE_HOST + SEn_HOST, SE_HOST is formed, but
SEn_HOST is ignored.
If it is used combination of SE1_HOST + ... + SEn_HOST,
YAIM scripts do not find SE_HOST and finish emergency.
Best regards. Yevgeniy.

Hi All.
Two questions of SEs determination for site.
1. How to describe several SEs of one type in site-info.def?
2. How to describe several SEs of different type in site-info.def?
Best regards. Yevgeniy.

Hi Yevgniy,

Here, at IN2P3, our site-info.def looks like this :

CE_HOST=cclcgceli02.in2p3.fr
SE_HOST=cclcgseli01.in2p3.fr
SE1_HOST=$SE_HOST
SE2_HOST=cclcgseli02.in2p3.fr

and :

CE_CLOSE_SE="SE1 SE2"
CE_CLOSE_SE1_HOST=$SE_HOST
CE_CLOSE_SE1_ACCESS_POINT=/grid
CE_CLOSE_SE2_HOST=$SE2_HOST
CE_CLOSE_SE2_ACCESS_POINT=/hpss/in2p3.fr/grid

The config_gip script called on CE configuration will handle it (see
/opt/lcg/yaim/function/config_gip line  159).

I hope it has helped.

Bye.
