Dear Antonis,
The CIC portal's function allowing a site to announce support for a new
VO will be corrected on Tuesday next week to work for what you want to
do. Currently it assumes that the VO contact is a mailing list, but the
VOs you mention use mail addresses of individuals, so CompChem and
Magic aren't eligible, though you can see the currently allocated
resources for them through the CIC portal's VO view (global EGEE VOs).
