Hello, We have a problem with the CASTOR at PIC since some days. The MSS expert is currently solving this problem and we will try to restore the service during today. In the meantime, the SEs and CEs have been closed to avoid new jobs arriving that request access to the MSS. Apologies for the inconveniences this might cause.
