Hi all,

On the CIC portal (http://cic.in2p3.fr), we have set up a communication tool in order to allow various EGEE actors to communicate with each other.
For example, RC managers are allowed to publish info to EGEE members, VO managers, ROC staff and CIC staff. You can browse the page https://cic.in2p3.fr/index.php?id=rc&subid=rc_publish for an example.

We plan to improve the tool in the future, making possible point to point contact (e.g. 1 given RC to 1 or more given VO), and using RSS for information diffusion.

Such a tool could be a starting point to define official communication channels between RC staff and Experiment Staff.
David Bouvet and I will be in Karlsruhe for the GGUS UserSupport meeting, and we'll be happy to discuss about it. As a matter of fact, we'll be able to explain more clearly with a small demo what we are talking about.

Regards,
Gilles

Hi David,

well, perhaps the mailing list is spam-protected and allows
submission only from ATLAS members.

OK we'll see what we can do. Cheers,

Hi Dario,

I tried to forward the mail I sent out asking for a reply from an Atlas
person to [log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask]. Unfortunately the
mail to [log in to unmask] bounced (probably because I am member of CMS)
proving it not to be a very reliable way of communicating with the Atlas
community. So far the mail to [log in to unmask] has not bounced.

All the best,
david
