Hi Jules, If I understand you well, such functionality in SFT-2 Admin's Page allready exists. If there are any uncertified sites registered in GOC DB and you are their manager (or just whole ROC manager) you should see them in your list on the SFT-2 Admin's Page. But as I see there is no uncertified site in GOC DB which could be assigned to you.
