I guess these errors are coming from the cron jobs; add the following to the commands env RGMA_HOME=/opt/glite APEL_HOME=/opt/glite command... (change /opt to whatever your path is). You may also have to ensure that these vars are set in /etc/profile.d somehow. The next yaim release will include this.
