Hi Joe, Absolutely, it should be 0.29. Please can you confirm that yum is configured as described here - http://grid-deployment.web.cern.ch/grid-deployment/lcg2CAlist.html If so, please check the output when you run yum with '-d 3' and let us know if there's anything relevant in your yum log file.
