The fact that November 1st is a holiday in a number of countries is hampering our testing of some sites and thus we do not expect to be able to open a full service before tomorrow morning. A more detailed status report will follow later today, with an update tomorrow morning, including the expected time for the services to be fully re-opened. The experience of this intervention will be born in mind in the planning of future interventions, including an awareness of holidays in the various countries. LCG Service Coordination Team
