Dear colleagues,
lcg-bdii.cern.ch is a round-robin alias for
two machines: lxn1189 and lxb2010.
We observe the load on lxb2010 to be 5-10 times
as high as on lxn1189, so it seems jobs are
referring to lxb2010 explicitly (possibly
because WNs have LCG_GFAL_INFOSYS set to it).
In any case:
please use lcg-bdii.cern.ch instead of lxb2010
