Furthermore, from our top-level BDII log, I see that the problem mysteriously disappeared for *all* the affected sites at 02:36:03 EEST (that is GMT+3) and then it reappeared (in an equally mysterious way) for the same sites a few minutes ago, at 16:29:54 EEST.
