TEMPORARY LECTURER (Part-Time)

 £23,643 - £27,116 pro rata 50%

The Department of Archaeology of the University of Glasgow seeks to appoint a temporary part-time (66% contract) lecturer in Mediterranean Archaeology at Lecturer A level for 9 months from September 2005.  Alternatively, a full-time appointment for six months may be considered.

The successful candidate will be required to teach an Honours module on a relevant theme in Mediterranean archaeology, preferably related to the western Mediterranean, and to contribute to other modules at level 2, Honours and to the M.Litt in Mediterranean Archaeology. (S)he will have completed or be very close to completing her/his Ph.D.
