Health Libraries Group, CILIP - Facilitation Skills Training Day
Friday 23rd September 2005
This day will equip you with the skills to facilitate group discussions
including active listening, effective questioning and handling difficult
situations. Facilitation skills will help you in situations requiring you
to work effectively with groups to achieve shared goals.
The day will be facilitated by Dr Aileen Wood, a Healthcare Training and
Development Facilitator. Aileen will help you to develop your skills
through a variety of group activities.
Numbers will be limited to 17.
