Ordnance Survey Options - Sales Executive. Map Marketing is proud to be a part of the Ordnance Survey’s Options network, a group of select stores that provide detailed O.S. mapping to businesses and the general public. We are currently interviewing individuals who want to be a part of our Options team, playing a key role in getting mapping to these customers from our office in Fulham, SW6. Recent developments in digital cartography have allowed Map Marketing access to the Ordnance Survey’s most detailed mapping database allowing us to search, site-centre and download sections of mapping, defined by the customer and supplied as paper maps or digital files. Your role will involve servicing customer's mapping requirements, from taking the original enquiry to creating the map file and delivering the final product. An increasingly important part of this role will be centred around installing mapping systems in client's offices as well as qualifying sales leads and project work. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with good communication and I.T. skills combined with the ability to make a sale whilst working with our customer services team as well as on solo projects. Your input will help us take the department to the next level and is an ideal position for a recent graduate. Previous experience working with large-scale mapping and a history in customer services and/or sales would be advantageous, but full training will be given to suitable employees.
