Skills Requirements: You should have proven skills in the following - VB, VB.Net, ASP.Net, and ESRI ArcObjects. ESRI skills should include ESRI ArcObjects for ArcGIS / ArcGIS Server, with ArcIMS skills also beneficial. Skills in database design, development, and administration would be advantageous. We undertake a substantial level of work relating to national standards development for spatial data, hence skills in Visio, UML, and CASE tools would be of value.
