Excellent opportunity for a GIS technical Analyst to work closely with Project Managers on the definition, planning & delivery of products across multiple projects. Looking for someone with 2 years dedicated GIS experience to be the technical lead on the end to end delivery of projects. Able to deliver in business critical projects with a high level of GIS content. You will have knowledge of structured software development environments and have worked closely with 3rd party suppliers. You will have worked with MapInfo and Oracle technologies and have been involved with web-based deployments using Java, J2EE etc. Strong communication skills are needed (explaining complex technical issues to non-technical users)and a flexible mindset to work across multiple projects. Any knowledge of Ordnance Survey (OS) Master-map product and Industry experience within Transport or Highways sector an advantage.
