DIGITAL MAPPING ANALYSTS, circa. £13,000 Infoterra is one of the worlds leading Geo-information companies developing systems and software specific to the management of geographic data, principally including imagery and information acquired from earth observation satellites and aircraft. As a result of our continued success we are looking to recruit a number of Digital Mapping Analyst to join the Digital Mapping group and work as part of a team responsible for image interpretation and data capture, using GIS, Remote Sensing and digital mapping software packages. Applicants should have good computer operating skills and good map reading ability, and ideally will have a qualification in Geography / GIS or similar. Experience in ArcView, ArcInfo, Strumap, Erdas Imagine and/or other GIS, Remote Sensing packages would be desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Positions are offered on a short term contract basis, until the end of May 2006. Positions are based at our Leicester office, on a rotating shift system: 06.30 - 14.30 / 14.30 - 22.30 Monday to Friday. Interested?
