GIS Web Developer & Administrator Central London Salary £16,500 - £18,000 per annum Estate agent based in Central London is looking for a GIS Web Developer and Administrator in a full time role. JOB DESCRIPTION The role involves developing and maintaining a GIS based system that will manage all the properties on the company’s Oracle database, helping in detecting rent hot spots and potential clients using company’s web site. SKILLS REQUIRED Applicant should be a computer science graduate with GIS skills, able to handle standard geographical data, familiar with GIS systems ARCGIS and MapInfo, and should have the experience of developing programs to merge geographical data. Candidate must be a Sun Certified Java programmer, should have knowledge of ArcObjects, Oracle 8 PL/SQL, CSS, Java Scripts, Flash, HTML, JSP, Servlets, Java Applets etc. and strong web development skills.
