Position - GIS Technician Location - The Midlands Duration - 3 Months Rate - Up to £15ph Local Government client based in The Midlands is seeking 2 GIS Technicians ideally with CAPS GMS experience. The selected candidates will be expected to conduct the Data Capture of the Authorities GMS along with the address matching proceess. A degree or related education in GIS is essential, as is any exposure to GMS's i.e. CAPS Uni-Form, MVM BS7666 etc. Although the GMS experience is essential my client would also be happy to see any candidates with excellent GIS exposure with any GI systems i.e. ESRI, MapInfo etc. If you are interested in applying for this great opportunity, then please respond with an updated copy of your CV and details of your availability.
