The Retail Consulting team
is focused on providing advice to owners, occupiers and investors in the retail
and leisure sectors. They are
currently seeking to recruit a locations specialist to join the team to assist
in the development and growth of this business line.
The principal work of the
department is within the
Main
Duties/Responsibilities
This
position will focus on providing retail locational expertise to retail
developers, investors and occupiers. Working alongside another locational
specialist in the team there will be plenty of scope to take responsibility for
your own projects. The role requires someone who is able to interpret and
analyse the data for client projects, thinking through the recommendations and
briefing clients on the results.
Graduate (2.1 or higher),
ideally in geography-related degree
2-3 years professional
experience in locational type work ( retail or consulting would be ideal).
Evidence of strong
analytical skills combined with good basic maths skills
Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written - ability to present ideas at a
senior level.
Good
relationship management skills
Sound
commercial judgment.
Team
Player
Familiarity with CACI
Insite system helpful
