Deadline for support applications : 9 December 2005
Deadline for receipt of abstracts : 13 January 2006
Deadline for pre-registration : 10 March 2006

Please note the following topical sessions are planned for the Unsaturated
Zone (UZ) in the HS (Hydrological Sciences) Division:
* HS33 Subsurface flow, solute transport, end energy processes: concepts,
modelling, and observations (co-listed in BG, SSS & SSP)
* HS34 Subsurface assessment and characterisation: physical, chemical,
biological, and isotopic tools (co-listed in BG & SSS)
* HS40/SSS7 Monitoring and modelling for soil and ecohydrological processes
across space-time scales (co-organized with SSS)
* HS41/SSS8 Hydrogeophysics - methods to identify properties and monitor
processes governing water flow and solute transport in groundwater and
vadose zones (co-organized by SSS)
* HS42/SSS9 Effective processes and parameter identification in the vadose
zone (co-organized with SSS)
* HS43/SSS10 Unsaturated zone flow and transport processes: from science to
soil and water management (co-organized with SSS)
* HS44/SSS11 Coupled hydrological, biological and chemical processes in the
unsaturated zone (co-organized with SSS) (co-listed in BG)

Particular Groundwater sessions (GW) are also posted:
* HS32 Partial differential equations of hydrology (co-listed in NP)
* HS35 Aquifer management and remediation
* HS36 Hydrogeology of fissured and karstic aquifers (co-listed in SSP)

All interested parties are warmly encouraged to participate ! The EGU
invites all geoscientists to participate in its third annual Assembly,
submit contributions to the topical sessions and share their research with
colleagues and friends.
