Hello.  I'm just starting to analyze my DTI data using FDT and I have a couple of questions:

1) I know that FLIRT can be used to align my DTI data with T1 images, but does FSL have a tool to average DTI scans?

2) Is there a walk-through or manual on how to analyze data using FDT?
