Hi Martin! Do you really need the DICOM data sets? Philips does provide an export tool that allow to export 4D data sets which can be simply converted into the ANALYZE format. If you try this way I could provide you with a simple matalb script best wishes and good luck! Lukas . However, if you have to use the DICOMS it should be not too difficult to write a simple shell script that does the job.
