I'm glad the fdr utility is now available
within FSL.
However it seems to want a p-value image
as input, whereas all the FEAT stats output appears to be in terms of z,
t stats or constrast/parameter estimates. Any suggestions as to how best
to generate the required p-value image within FSL (save me having to code
something up myself)? Or am I missing something?
