Dear all

I'm getting an error running FEAT (1st level) that I hope will be quick to diagnose for those who may have encountered this sort of thing before.

Basically FEAT seems to be detecting a discrepancy between the number of time points in the design and those in the data. The expt is a phMRI study and this is a simple time-resolved analysis using four sequential boxcars (custom 1-column regressors). The error/report.log is as follows:

Started FEAT at Wed May 18 11:23:16 MEST 2005 on itsun03

/bin/cp /tmp/feat_ZAaaTX.fsf design.fsf

/usr/local/fsl/bin/feat_model design
Total original volumes = 0
Error - tr030505a_A0p3_7_rCBV_st_m_ldt has a different number of time points to that in FEAT setup

This seems to be saying that the data has 0 volumes, but the Analyze header looks OK to me...
I've processed similar data previously with FEAT and it worked fine; I haven't been able to identify any differences in the current study apart from those directly related to the data and the design.

I attach a header dump of the data file and also the .frf file.

Thanks in advance,
Adam Schwarz
