Hi - the current version of FAST is the only part of FSL that hasn't yet been fully nifti-updated (hence the need for the wrapper script round FAST). Hence the apriori files may need to be uncompressed ANALYZE. The files used are currently hard-coded into FAST and are in /usr/local/fsl/etc/standard/avg152T1_csf/gray/white Cheers.
