I was wondering if there is any critical consideration (books, essays, etc.) of the

close structural affinity between film and music – as a ‚temporal art,’ an art ‚in time,’

film might be closer to music as to other ‚representative arts’ auch as painting, or the

novel … can you point out some texts that address this question? That would be very

helpful … thanx much in advance …
