Dear all,

I'm looking for both formal and informal participants to take part in the Beta trials of a new accessibility/literacy support tool, which I hope will be of great use to many on thhis forum.

Individuals or institutions that want to try Read-e can visit our site (http://www.read-e.com) and download it (aprox 20Mb so dial-up users could have a long wait, but it should be worth it). Institutes that will be taking part more formally can request CDs by emailing me directly (off forum of course) using the contact page, although we ask that you download it if possible.

Please also pass this on to anyone you think might be interested. Participans we receive free licenses for you participation.

Best wishes,

Phil Teare,

Subject: stroke

Apologies for cross-posting.

Last week, I met a mature student at another university who is a stroke survivor. He is very interested in making contact with other students in the same position, for mutual support (re aphasia, memory loss, lecturer awareness etc).

If any NADO members are aware of such students, please seek their permission to send me their contact details so that I can pass them on.

Many thanks,

David
