A £45 million opportunity for printers: event 29 November 2005
Members are invited to attend an event on 29 November addressing the opportunities for printers offered by the Disability Discrimination Act. The event, to be held at the London Underwriters Centre in the City of London, will tell members how to widen their offering to their customers by providing the facility to provide information in formats accessible to visually impaired people.

The event will feature experts from the alternative format sector who will identify key market sectors affected by the new legislation and advise members about the different formats available for the visually impaired. Most importantly, the event will be a unique opportunity for printers to form links with established producers of accessible formats, to enable their customers to access the £45 million annual spend of the visually impaired.

For more information, or to book a place at the event, please email Lizzy Hawkins or call 020 7915 8319.

Oh, don't tease.  There's nothing on the RNIB, NLB or host site to say who's putting it on (or that the event exists).  I don't want to go to gaol or talk to actual human beings; put an e-mail address on it.

Regards, Bernard
