One LEA, refused to supply this type of equipment saying it didn't really help and that such a view was common amongst LEA's.  The student was given an either / or   - the pen or a proper scanner, but not both!

Ltd  www.wizcomtech.com.  Ironically a dyslexic student has borrowed one

today to see how she gets on with it.  To my knowledge, it doesn't download

onto a pc.
