Dear Roz,

We have had this situation starting this term, we have had to buy 4 more chair so there are 6 in total, otherwise House Services Team would be running around all over the place. The more you have, the more likely they are to be in the right place and the less far people will have to move them. We've had to pay for them but they should last a while.

Subject: specialist chairs
Importance: High

We have two students who require the use of specialist chairs whilst studying on campus.

Unfortunately lectures and tutorials are timetabled across the campus in many buildings and we are looking at the logistics of storing the chairs and getting them to the right place at the right time.

What have others done in this situation?
