I am the University Access to Learning Fund administrator -
ALF.
One of the priorities for the fund
are:-
Disabled students ( especially where the DSA is unable to meet a
particular cost and the university has no legal responsibility to do
so).
If
anyone has any guidance I could use as to what institutions are legally
obliged to provide I would be very appreciative.
