Hi Mark,
I don’t know about government funds from Italy, but if it’s a physical or sensory disability you could try the Snowdon Award for some funding.

Subject: Disability Funding for
Italian students
Dear All
Do any of you know whether the Italian Government provides funding for Italian nationals studying in the UK. I have a student who has only been in the UK for a few months and so would not be eligible for the DSA. If so how do you apply.
thanks
