Try your local Deaf Centre or Social Workers with Deaf People - they
sometimes have loan ones.  Alternatively a supplier may be interested in
you trialling something with a view to a sale... as this is probably
something you may want to purchase anyway, if you haven't got one
already.
 
Portable loops not always a great solution though.... depending on room,
type of meeting, etc.
