Subject: RNIB Training Course 2nd March

Dear All

RNIB is running a course on March 2nd entitled "Promoting Good Practice for
Blind and Partially Sighted Learners in Post-Compulsory Education". There
are still places available and the course is being run here in Bristol,
starting at 10am.

This course provides an overview of how a loss of vision impacts in an
educational environment and gives participants practical solutions and
guidelines on how to support blind and partially sighted learners.

The course will be particularly useful to staff working in further, higher
and adult and continuing education including Teaching and Support staff,
Learning Resource Centre staff, Curriculum staff, Disability Officers,
Advice & Guidance workers and Connexions Personal Advisors.

If you would like further information, please contact Rebecca Thurgur on
0117 934 1704 or email E&[log in to unmask]

Best wishes

Lee Smith
